One address, read by a person, usually answered inside two working days. Orders and refunds belong to the seller, and this page explains why.
The Address
Write in English. Attachments are welcome. There is no contact form here, no live chat bubble and no phone number, because all three would suggest a support operation that does not exist.
What This Desk Can Do
- Fix a factual error on any page. Point at the sentence and say what is wrong with it.
- Say where a figure came from, or name the source sitting behind a claim.
- Answer a question about an ingredient that the panel pages did not cover.
- Take a suggestion for an article worth writing.
- Deal with a rights, takedown or data request made under the privacy notice.
What This Desk Cannot Do
- Anything about your order. No sight of payments, addresses, tracking or refunds. This is not a policy choice — there is simply no access to the seller’s systems from here.
- Give medical advice. No dose suggested for you, no interaction cleared, no symptom interpreted. That is a pharmacist or a doctor, and the safety page lists what to ask them.
- Confirm stock, discounts or delivery dates. All of that lives at the checkout.
If your message is about an order, send it to the seller instead, using the confirmation email from your purchase. The delivery page sets out what to include and how long each stage normally takes. Forwarding it here only adds a day to the answer.
Reporting An Error Properly
Corrections jump the queue ahead of everything else. A message carrying the page address, the sentence as it currently reads and what it ought to say instead can usually be acted on the same day.
A message saying a page is wrong somewhere takes a week and normally ends in a reply asking for those same three things.

Commercial Mail
Offers of guest posts, link swaps, sponsored slots and paid write-ups are turned down every time, and generally without an answer. The affiliate arrangement described in the footer is the only money this site takes from anyone, and there is no second one.
Who Publishes This
alkatiede.com is an independent publication covering one supplement. It is not the manufacturer, not the distributor, and not connected to any company mentioned here beyond the affiliate link disclosed throughout.

How fast will I get a reply?
Two working days is normal, and the inbox is read Monday to Friday. Corrections and privacy requests go first; general questions can take longer during a week when a new article is being written.
Can you find my parcel?
No, and there is no workaround. This site has no connection to the seller's order system. Your confirmation email is the route to tracking.
Can I republish your ingredient pages?
Not wholesale. A short quotation with a visible link back is welcome; copying pages is covered by the terms of use.
Do you accept guest articles?
No. Everything here is written in-house, which is the only way a sourcing standard can be enforced.
Is there a postal address?
Correspondence is by email. A postal address is provided where a legal or regulatory request requires one — ask in your message.
