Getting It Delivered

The Timeline

1. Payment. You get a confirmation email with an order number. Keep it — it is the key to everything else, including the refund window.
2. Picking and dispatch. One to two working days in normal conditions.
3. Dispatch email. Sent when the order leaves the warehouse system.
4. Tracking goes live. Usually the day after the dispatch email rather than the same hour, because it activates when the carrier physically scans the parcel.
5. Delivery. Five to seven working days inside the US.

What Free Shipping Covers

The three and six bottle packs, inside the United States. The two-bottle pack has delivery calculated at checkout against your address.

International shipping is offered to a list of countries the checkout confirms. Delivery there normally runs ten to twenty working days, and public holidays, weather and customs inspections all stretch it.

Customs And Import Tax

A parcel crossing a border can attract duty or import tax. That is charged by your own country rather than by the seller, and it is payable by you, usually before the carrier will release the parcel.

Nobody can tell you the amount in advance because it depends on your country’s thresholds and how the parcel is declared. If you are ordering from outside the US, budget for the possibility rather than being surprised by it.

When A Parcel Stops Moving

Tracking that has not updated for a couple of days is normal, especially over a weekend or a holiday. Tracking frozen for five working days is not.

At that point, email the seller with your order number attached. They can open a trace with the carrier; this site cannot, because it has no access to their systems. Allow two working days past the outer delivery estimate before treating a parcel as genuinely lost.

Changing Or Cancelling An Order

Contact the seller immediately, using the address on your confirmation email. Caught before the parcel leaves, it is usually a quick amendment. Caught afterwards, it becomes a return under the guarantee.

A wrong address is the most common problem and the most time-sensitive one. The window to fix it is measured in hours, not days.

When The Box Arrives

• Check the seal is intact before anything else.
• Confirm a batch code and a date are printed on the bottle. Both should be there.
• Check the gummies have not fused into a single mass, which happens in heat.
• Count the bottles against what you ordered.

Anything that looks wrong means leaving the seal alone and photographing it before you contact the seller. A photograph taken before anything is opened is worth more than any description.
